It was chilly but sunny this morning so we hung out in the yard for a bit. We love this Texas winter weather and don't miss snow at all! Booker is still a little unsure of his footing on the grass but managed to pick up a nice big stick that Shiloh, our American Eskimo, promptly stole. We're looking forward to seeing Aunt Hannah this weekend and maybe hitting the San Antonio Zoo on Sunday.

Update
So sorry for the delay...busy busy as usual!
- Happy New Year to all! We are all very excited to have a whole year of fun and wonderful things ahead.
- We spent a terffic 7 days at Aunt Hannah's house for "2nd Christmas" last week. Hannah even left up her gorgeous Christmas tree for us. My parents came in from Delaware and the usual eating and gaming commenced. Grandma made a big hit picking some great games and toys for Booker. His favorite are a set of 3 Peek a Boo books. They all have pictures of animals that he kisses. So cute! Unfortunatly, I did not get any decent pictures. I hope that Uncle Reagan will come through with some from his camera.
- I also had a birthday on our trip. I turned 35 on 1/11, waking to my darling son puking on me at 6am. The rest of the day was nice and I even got some gifts: a great knife set from Hannah & Reagan, a really cute outfit from Mom & Dad and an iPod dock from Ed. Booker also managed to pass his illness on to Grandma and Aunt Hannah before we left. Ughh..
- Booker is just a love these days. He very chatty, although we have no idea what he's saying. He gives hugs and kisses and is generally a happy camper....but boy, can he throw a mean tantrum! He has a stubborn streak like I've never seen. Our current battle is getting him to sleep in his own bed through the night. It's not going well...
The only photos I have to post are of Booker's new bath towel from Ikea. I promise more pics and video soon!
